HealthCare Recruiter International (HCRI) is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Director that is licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP) for a new practice dedicated to excellence in service for clients in the greater Champaign region of Illinois .

• LCSW, LPC, LMFT will work 40 hours per week, minimum 30 on-site
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT creates an atmosphere were client focused atmosphere
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT will bring exceptional leadership to a team of Clinicians and Admin
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT will ensure daily operations for a clinic open 7AM – 7PM and Saturdays
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT establishes and ensures policy and procedures
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT hires, trains, and acts as the clinical expert for Mental Health Therapist
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT leads a practice offering IOP / PHP / OP services for Adolescents, Adults, and Families with complex diagnosis
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT will communicate effectively with referral sources including University, Hospitals, and Psychiatrists
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT leads team’s community outreach and marketing efforts
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT ability to create team retention
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT leads team meetings and reports to Executive Director
