Key duties include : Leadership & Management : Guide and support on-site Health Services Administrators (HSAs), managing staff performance, recruitment, and team development.Operational Efficiency : Visit each facility bi-weekly to ensure services meet the NCCHC, ACA, and community standards.Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with facility leadership, external agencies, and other professional organizations.Clinical Oversight : Collaborate with HSAs and healthcare providers to optimize off-site utilization, reduce agency nurse use, and maintain appropriate prescribing practices.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and Mentorship : Mentor HSAs and provide hands-on support during site visits or when covering HSA absences.Quality Improvement : Lead and monitor quality improvement programs, ensuring compliance with policies and health standards.Direct Patient Care Support : Assist with coverage of nursing shifts and support patient care as needed.QualificationsRN License : Current RN license required, with 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration.Behavioral Health Experience : Experience in behavioral health is preferred.Leadership Skills : Strong decision-making, planning, and staff management abilities.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation : Up to $150,000, based on experience.Relocation Assistance : Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates moving to Boston.Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401K.Growth and Development : Tuition reimbursement, paid professional development, and career advancement opportunities.
