Early stage, start-up is revolutionizing the manufacturing of cell therapies by developing advanced robotic systems designed to automate and scale the production of these life-saving treatments.
The Product Manager will contribute significantly to the development of our cell therapy manufacturing platform. Be responsible for leading a large pharmaceutical customer account. Through this partnership, you will be pivotal in highlighting, prioritizing, and driving critical customer needs within our product development teams.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to understand critical needs, synthesizing them into customer requirements for our product development teams
- Foster a positive customer relationship for a large pharmaceutical customer by leading customer-facing workstreams and leadership reviews
- Scope and prioritize key features in partnership with the Head of Product and our Leadership Team
- Own system-level product requirements, and facilitate linkage with engineering requirements
MUST HAVE :
Must be able to commute to the San Francisco office multiple times a week.
