We are seeking a compassionate DC to join our dynamic team in Baltimore, MD. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality chiropractic care to patients.
Job Summary
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent manual adjusting skills, have a strong work ethic, and be a true team player with a positive attitude and compassion. A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program and active Chiropractic license in MD with PT privileges are required. Preferably, the incoming chiropractor has clinical experience and is willing to work with an integrated team.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan of care options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment - Chiropractic Care - adjustments Diversified, F/D - rehab and various therapies and modalities
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Work cooperatively with other healthcare providers and support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met - reassessments
Requirements and Skills
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in MD with PT privileges
- Preferably experienced but will consider motivated recent grads
