What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner position at Healthcare Recruitment Counselors?
We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practices in Tucker and Grayson, GA.

We are an integrative medical clinic serving patients in GA and have been providing the best quality care to our community for over 20 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs (MRIs, NCVs, etc)
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises, and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections
- Prescribe physical therapy and/or chiropractic care as needed
- Prescribe medications as necessary for pain and treatment (no narcotics prescribed)
- Documentation and progress notes daily, timely and accurate
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care plans
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) program
- PA/NP license in GA
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is required
- Experience with trigger point and joint injections is required
Schedule:
- Full time
- Monday Friday (1/2 days on Fridays)
Compensation:
- $120k-$140k (DOE)
