Job Description:
- Provide patient consultation services, reviewing health and medical histories, pertinent medical records/imaging, and physical examinations.
- Implement physical therapy treatment programs tailored to each patient's specific needs.
- Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment, including exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living.
- Document treatments rendered in patient charts and record patient conditions and responses to treatments.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- PT License in AL.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
