We are looking for an Interventional Pain Physician to join our growing medical team part time at our office in Baxter MN. Ideally, we are seeking a fellowship trained, board certified interventional pain physician with experience in performing a variety of procedures. We are looking for outstanding physicians with a passion for quality, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a team approach to join our growing organization and participate in defining the pain management practice of the future.
We are flexible in our need and can accommodate a physician looking for part time work on their schedule, several days per month with potentially 1-2 clinic days and 1-2 procedure days per month within our outpatient surgical facility. We are flexible on the days and times needed and with full-time fully trained support staff and in house medical doctors, we offer a welcoming supportive environment.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation to include medical history, relevant imaging/studies
- Direct patient care (Diagnoses, Treatment plans) for a wide variety of pain types and conditions
- Perform interventional procedures as medically necessary (Spinal injections, radiofrequency, intracept and possibly nerve stimulators if trained)
- Referral as needed for Imaging and Consultation with other specialties
- Reassess Patients to determine effectiveness/progress as needed
- Coordination of treatment plan with patient and other team members
- Accurate and timely documentation
- MD or DO with Current/Active License in MN
- BC/BE Physician in Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R) or Anesthesiology
- Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management
- Part time (clinic/procedures several days per month)
- $150-$200/hr plus RVU bonus structure with mileage reimbursement
