We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager who has direct experience managing a chiropractic or medical practice that handles personal injury cases to join our practices full time in Homestead and Hialeah, FL. Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a chiropractic, physical medicine, or rehabilitation clinic. Ideally,the incoming manager is organized, has excellent leadership and management skills, is proficient in EMR / EHR systems and practice management software, has experience optimizing clinic workflow and staff efficiency, and has strong negotiation skills when working with attorneys and insurance providers. We have 2 clinics, Homestead & Hialeah, and the office manager will be required to travel to and work out of both locations.

Duties :
Practice Management & Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of two clinic locations (Homestead & Hialeah).
- Ensure new patient leads are contacted and scheduled immediately upon referral.
- Maintain patient compliance and improve show rates through effective scheduling and follow-ups.
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure the clinic is properly staffed while controlling payroll costs.
- Supervise front desk operations and ensure all patient intake and insurance verification processes run smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with PIP regulations, medical documentation, and attorney communication requirements.
