Duties:
- Medical Office Management
- Coordinating office staff schedules
- Develop and Manage team trainings, team meetings and development
- Manage payroll and financial accounts to ensure profitablity
- Management of staff to ensure accountability of team members, making sure all tasks are done properly.
- HR- Staff acquisition and firing as needed according to the rules and regulations
- Understand and manage all functions within the office
Requirements:
- Preferaby has 5-10 years of experience in medical office management
- Preferably is Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and ADP is a plus
- Full time
Salary (range):
- $60k-$70k plus performance based bonuses
