Medical Office Manager Marlton NJ (15 miles E of Philly)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Medical Office Manager to join our practice full time in Marlton, NJ. Do you have medical office management experience, understand people, and love helping others? We are seeking an office manager that knows the ins and outs of running a successful practice. We are looking for an office manager to assistant running the office, management of staff, and helping the day-to-day flow within the office. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, a great communicator and team player!

Duties :
- Management of in office staff
- Connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes
- Assist with leading Team Meetings
- Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan
- Ensure that all the patient’s needs are met, nothing gets overlooked, and care is consistent with the patient’s expressed desires
- Execute patient follow up calls and Marketing recalls
- Encourage, resolve concerns, and gather testimonials during care plan
- Advocate for the patient and motivate them to reach their health goals
- Assist in patient coordination and patient care plans
- Assist the patients / staff with office flow
- Collaborate with the office staff for comprehensive patient care
- Ensure efficient written and oral communication (phones, email)
- Maintain an organized office
- Marketing
