We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our integrated medical practice full time in Elko NV. We offer an excellent work life balance with a 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday), growth opportunities with paid training and CE coverage, and a supportive and welcoming work environment. Ideally, we are looking for a nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant who is eager to help others, has excellent people and time management skills, and has trigger point and/or joint injection experience. We utilize general interventional pain management techniques within our practice; to include joint and trigger point injections and the incoming Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be performing these procedures, so we prefer a candidate with experience in those areas. Must be able to practice independently.

We are a patient-centric, results oriented clinic where patients can go to get cutting edge treatments. Our patients come to us to be heard and to have their key concerns addressed. We provide a variety of services to include hormone replacement, trigger point/joint injections . We are only two hours from the boarders of both Utah and Idaho, located in the high desert of the Northeastern Nevada. Our clinic is just a couple miles away from the infamous Ruby Mountains where locals and tourists from all around the world come to Heli ski, hike and fish in our beautiful Lamoille Canyon. We are also just a few miles from the Southfork Reservoir where you can enjoy weekends out on the lake camping, fishing, water skiing or just relaxing!

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation and consultations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Treatments- prescribing Rx’s, perform trigger point/joint injections, regen med, and HRT
- Documentation and progress notes- timely and accurate
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Maintaining communication with patients and monitoring their progress, ensuring progress of care
- Participate in team meetings
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in NV
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Injection experience, PRP experience preferred
Schedule:
- Full time -Monday through Thursday
Compensation:
- $150k-$165k
