Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluations- focused exams (HPI, medical history, review pertinent medical records/imaging)
- Order and review appropriate tests- Evaluate clinical data
- Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
- Perform treatments to include Joint injection/trigger point injections (hips, knees, shoulders) Regen Med, IV Therapy and Hormone Therapy
- Patient education on diagnosis, treatment plan options and expectations, patient goals, and post care treatments
- Documentation- accurate and timely
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Nurse Practitioner license in MO
- Experience in regen med, hormone therapies and IV therapies preferred
