About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team at Healthcare Recruitment Counselors. As an integral part of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and management, recommending tests, and conducting diagnostic testing to determine the extent of injury and appropriate treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Patient Care and Management
- Recommend Tests and Conduct Diagnostic Testing
- Prepare Patients for Return to Work
- Perform Surgery when Medically Necessary (if an Operative Orthopedic Surgeon)
Requirements:
- MD/DO from an Accredited Educational Institution
- Unrestricted License to Practice Medicine in VA and MD
- Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery (General Orthopedic Surgeon)
- Favorable Malpractice History
- BLS/ACLS Certification
- DEA License
