We are looking for an Otolaryngologist to join our medical practice full time in West Palm Beach, FL. The practice has a focus on general ENT with the ability to subspecialize as desired, plus surgical privileges at our beautiful 420-bed regional hospital (Level I Trauma Center and Pediatric Hospital). A large referral base in the community provides the opportunity to quickly establish and grow the practice. We have dedicated clinical and admin support to meet all patient care, and other care management needs without additional burden to the provider. We offer multiple onsite specialty physicians and other ancillary services( Spa, infusion center, weight loss program, nutrition services, diagnostic imaging) for ease of coordination of care.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide outpatient care to new and established practice patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans or goals
- Document encounters/progress notes in EMR system
- Provide continuity of care and referrals to specialist as applicable to patients care
- Communicate testing results, follow up care or any other additional information to patients
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and other clinical staff
- Meet quality benchmarks
- BCBE Otolaryngologist
- MD/DO license to practice in FL
- $300k - $320k per year plus productivity bonuses
