We take pride in the outcomes and excellent patient care and provide a variety of services to patients of all ages with a focus on sports, athletes, and weekend warriors with indoor turf and sports related activities. We are a multidisciplinary practice, so experience working with an integrated team is a plus. Also, a positive if the incoming Physical Therapist has pelvic floor experience and we can provide training to the right candidate if needed.

Duties:
- Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
- Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
- Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
- Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
- Patient education on the benefits of PT, the recovery process and the challenges they will face, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
- Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
- Collaboration with the other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
- Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
- Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- PT License in TX
- Integrated office and Pelvic Floor therapy experience is a plus (we can provide training in Pelvic Floor therapy if needed)
- Full time or Part time
- $50-$55/hr plus bonus compensation based on performance
