We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time in New York, NY (Upper Manhattan). The incoming physician assistant or nurse practitioner must be compassionate, an excellent clinician, and someone who is experienced. We offer a variety of services within our multispecialty group and the primary focus of the incoming provider will be primary care. The provider preferably is bilingual in Spanish/English.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluations (physical exam, review pertinent medical history/records/imaging) Annual wellness exam
- Order/review diagnostic testing/labs/bloodwork
- Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
- Patient education re: diagnosis, treatment plan options and lifestyle modifications
- Treatments for acute and chronic conditions
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Collaboration with the MDs and staff for comprehensive patient care
- Make phone calls/emails as needed or required for patient care
- Medication refills as needed
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in NY
- Prefer a PA/NP with several years of clinical experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly preferred
- Full time
- $130k-$160k per year (DOE)
- Vacation/PTO -160 hours PTO included
