Responsibilities
- Chart reviews and questionnaires
- In-person physical exam and medical opinions
Requirements
- PA/NP license to practice in WV
- 2 years of clinical experience (Family, Internal, Sports, Occupational, and/or Emergency Medicine)
- Ability to start within 30 days of hire
