Job Overview :

We are seeking an Account Manager to help sustain and support our myCNAjobs line of business. myCNAjobs is a SaaS (Software as a Service) recruitment platform aimed to help healthcare organizations hire their direct care workforce. In this role, you will assist the myCNAjobs Division Director in all aspects of business performance, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, product adoption, and ongoing support. The Account Manager will play a key role in driving business success by managing full life cycle client interactions with small, medium and large enterprise organizations as directed - Onboarding, account management / client retention, daily support and conflict resolution - to help the Division achieve its overall net revenue goals.

Responsibilities & Duties :

  • Company Values Mindset : Successfully represents our companys mission, products and services. Starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions best meet our clients needs.
  • Product Adoption and Customer Success : Help promote full engagement and adoption of myCNAjobs products for our clients (by segment), from onboarding to ongoing experience, leveraging insights to highlight the value and impact on their workforce outcomes. Assist in proactive campaigns as needed to drive positive business outcomes; Keep our existing customer base happy, healthy and positive contributors to the industry as a whole.
  • Partnership Development : Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with industry leaders, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders to expand our influence and reach.
  • Performance Awareness & Influence : Understand the unique key performance indicators (KPIs) that our clients individually value, ensuring they understand how MissionCare solutions are contributing to helping them hit their business goals. Help develop turnaround plans for when clients feel results are not satisfactory.
  • Consultative Understanding : Evaluate complex customer challenges and conduct thorough needs analysis to align our products and solutions, ensuring customers are on the right programs, creating future upselling and cross-selling opportunities for business development colleagues.
  • Hybrid (Remote) Work Environment : Be self motivated to primarily work from home; Available for occasional onsite training sessions at our St Pete headquarters and, as needed, attending conferences and tradeshows to represent the organization and be a respected and valued in-person ambassador for MissionCare Collective.
  • Research & Market Expert : Stay ahead of the latest industry trends and our competitors; Use key insights to effectively position MissionCare, and our solutions, as a strategic advantage to our clients in times of both economic prosperity and hardship.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience with a focus on SaaS (Software as a Service) experience in the healthcare sector
  • Proven track record in managing a book of business, client satisfaction, and product adoption in a competitive market - Capable of deescalating client hurdles and resourceful enough to favorably resolve such obstacles to find success
  • Self-driven, results-oriented person with a positive outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Coachable. Listens to and implements advice from Division Director and MCC Executive Leadership
  • Tech-savvy and versatile; ability to work across multiple systems easily and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for problem-solving and driving real change
