Job Overview :
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to help grow our myCNAjobs line of business. In this role, you will assist the myCNAjobs Division Director in hitting the divisions overall net revenue goals by selling recruitment solutions into new and existing healthcare organizations (small and medium-sized businesses).
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Successfully represents our companys mission, products and services.
- Identify, prospect, cultivate and develop new long term partnerships with health care agencies in assigned markets or lines of business
- Focus sales prospecting activities predominantly on selling into stand alone health care agencies (small and medium-sized business). Typically, a single site agency, or a small portfolio of a few agencies in a concentrated geographic area
- Make and maintain sales contacts, research customers needs and develop application of products and services in an effective manner by researching and maintaining database of potential customers that lead to closed sales
- Use your discretion and best judgment to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets, maintaining a healthy inbound and outbound sales pipeline
- Demo our suite of products to prospective clients, discerning what a prospect will need during a thorough needs analysis
- Plan, develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional manner
- Evaluate complex customer challenges and needs and align our products and solutions to help ensure customers are on the right programs, creating upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Be self motivated to primarily work from home; Available for occasional onsite training sessions at our St Pete headquarters and, as needed, attending conferences and tradeshows to represent the organization and be a respected and valued in-person ambassador for MissionCare Collective.
- Stay ahead of the latest industry trends and our competitors; Use key insights to effectively position MissionCare, and our solutions, as a strategic advantage to our clients in times of both economic prosperity and hardship.
- Other duties as assigned by the Division Director.
