Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Endocrinology
Join a non-profit teaching hospital in New England with over 400 locations. Health system includes two tertiary-level teaching hospitals, an acute-care community teaching hospital, an acute-care hospital and trauma center, three community hospitals, a behavioral health network, and a multispecialty physician group.
Career advancement! Outpatient (M-F) clinic, no weekend. Practicing within a progressive physician-led environment. Diabetes and endocrinology services include, state of the art insulin pump therapy, medical nutrition, medication management, exercise evals and more. Performing patient risk assessments, diabetes management, and education. Serves a large population with a variety of complex endocrine disorders, using a team approach toward diabetes wellness and prevention. Very light call requirement. EPIC EMR.
Requirements :
BC (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
Min of 1 year Endocrinology experience
CT license, or eligible
Compensation :
Guaranteed base salary
