- Full time, M-F business hours
- Remote
- Programming the industry's leading premium devices to be mailed
- Perform remote initial fittings and programming adjustments via video call
- Troubleshoot patient device problems via video call, phone call, email and chat messaging
- As a member of the Operations team, collaborate effectively with members of the Sales team to ensure patient satisfaction
- Participate in mutual feedback exchange with Injoy leadership continually improve patient experience
For Audiologists
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
- Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state in which you reside OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date
- Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state of in which you reside OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date
- High school diploma required, college degree in a related field preferred
- 1 plus years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids is preferred
- Strong problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
- Pay: $60,000-$85,000 per year
