You Will:
- Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Execute a treatment plan through counseling and education
- Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
- Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc
- Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management of office
- Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Integrity Selling protocol
- An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomy
For Audiologists
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
- Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state in which you're applying OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date
- Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state you're applying ORthe ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date
- High school diploma required, college degree in a related field preferred
- 1 plus years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids is preferred
- Strong problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
- Job type: Full time, on site, M-TH business hours, F half day!
- Pay: $60,000-$130,000 per year (including bonuses and commission)
