Your responsibilities will include:

• This is an ON SITE position
• Facilitate the enrollment and implementation of ERA/EFT processes for healthcare providers with insurance payers
• Monitor and maintain accurate ERA/EFT records, ensuring timely updates to payer agreements and provider information
• Engage in day-to-day client support and seamless collaboration
• Review, submit, and diligently follow up on claims and denials as needed
• Address billing problems, resolving client issues with finesse
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for informed decision-making
• Handle payment posting and charge entry as needed
• Be a proactive team player, contributing to various office tasks
  
  

Required Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience, including ERA/EFT enrollment, showcasing your expertise
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with a willingness to learn new practice management and billing software
• Stellar Customer Service: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills
