Full time, M-F business hours
Remote
You will serve online patients by :
Programming the industry's leading premium devices to be mailed
Perform remote initial fittings and programming adjustments via video call
Troubleshoot patient device problems via video call, phone call, email and chat messaging
As a member of the Operations team, collaborate effectively with members of the Sales team to ensure patient satisfaction
Participate in mutual feedback exchange with Injoy leadership continually improve patient experience
You will need : For Audiologists
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state in which you reside OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date
For Hearing Instrument Specialists
Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state of in which you reside OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date
High school diploma required, college degree in a related field preferred
1 plus years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids is preferred
Strong problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
Compensation :
Pay : $60,000-$85,000 per year
