Role and Responsibilities
Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
Calculate wages, deductions, and adjustments as per Company policies and relevant regulations
Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
Prepare payroll reports for management to verify, approve and sign
Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies
Participate in payroll audits and provide necessary documentation and support
Handle other payroll-related task and special projects as assigned
Coordinating with managers and supervisors to ensure correct employee data
Advise and inform employees of the details of the company’s benefit program
Maintain and update employee records and benefits files
Ensure that employee contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain and create records, reports, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and provider regulations
Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner
Providing administrative assistance to the HR department

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Strong skills in mathematics
Understanding of employment and payroll taxes
3 years of experience working with payroll
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong customer service skills.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
