About the Role
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dietitian to manage nutritional services for our long-term care facilities. You will be responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of residents, developing individualized meal plans, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being
- Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
