Clinical Dietitian at Healthcare Services Group
As a Clinical Dietitian, you will assess nutritional needs and develop individualized meal plans for residents in a long-term care facility. This role involves monitoring nutritional statuses, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing nutrition education and counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop personalized meal plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and leadership to perform daily tasks.
