Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to assess the nutritional needs of residents and craft individualized meal plans to enhance their overall health.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
- Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Possess knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred)
