We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team at Healthcare Services Group (HCSG). This role plays a critical part in managing nutritional services at long-term care facilities, where we strive to make a positive impact on the communities we serve.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing the nutritional needs of residents and developing individualized meal plans
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records of residents' nutritional status and progress
- Providing nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance residents' overall health and well-being
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- A strong understanding of state survey processes and nutrition care regulations (preferred but not required)
