Key Responsibilities
- Develop individualized meal plans that meet the nutritional needs of residents.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve overall health and well-being.
- Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
