Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Nutrition Specialist. This role will involve assessing the nutritional needs of residents, developing individualized meal plans, and providing nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Assess resident nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
- Monitor and document resident nutritional status and progress
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident health and well-being
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Hold Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills

About the Role
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in multiple buildings based on company needs and must have a valid Driver's License if multi-site registered dietitian. Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
