Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. As a key member of our nutritional services team, you will play a critical role in managing the nutritional needs of residents in long-term care facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess residents' nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans to enhance their overall well-being.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to nutrition care.
- Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
