Nutrition Services Opportunity
HCSG is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage nutritional services for residents in our long-term care facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutrition and dietetics, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized meal plans for residents
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with dietary regulations and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of residents' nutritional status and progress
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance residents' overall health and well-being
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and guidelines
