Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager
We are seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our corporate team. The ideal candidate will have experience in public accounting or within a SEC or financial reporting department, with a strong understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations.
The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for preparing and filing SEC reports, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, proxy statements, and other required or ad-hoc filings. This includes overseeing financial statement data collection, consolidation, and XBRL updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
A successful candidate will also conduct research on new SEC regulations, GAAP updates, and other technical accounting matters, presenting key findings to accounting leadership. They will manage the preparation and submission of statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Additional responsibilities include reviewing and approving journal entries and account reconciliations for assigned areas, maintaining and enhancing internal controls, and coordinating audit processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5 years of experience in public accounting or within a SEC or financial reporting department
- CPA license highly preferred or a willingness to pursue CPA certification
- Prior experience or familiarity with SEC filings is ideal
