**Job Responsibilities**: Assess the nutritional needs of residents, develop individualized meal plans, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress, provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.
**Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred but not required).
