- Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress, providing updates to interdisciplinary teams as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to residents, promoting their overall health and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to address any concerns or questions related to nutrition and meal planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
