Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at a long-term care facility. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of residents and developing individualized meal plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutritional assessments of residents to identify their nutritional needs
- Develop and implement individualized meal plans to meet the nutritional needs of residents
- Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve overall health and well-being of residents
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition care regulations (preferred)
