Job Responsibilities
As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for managing nutritional services for our long-term care facilities. This includes assessing the nutritional needs of residents, developing individualized meal plans, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
You will also provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff, as well as collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
