Nutrition Services Manager

Job Summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc. seeks a skilled Registered Dietitian to manage nutritional services at one or more long-term care facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutrition and dietetics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Dietitian, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' nutritional needs and developing tailored meal plans.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.
• Monitoring and documenting residents' nutritional status and progress.
• Providing education and counseling on nutrition-related topics to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance residents' overall health and well-being.
• Providing coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.
• Performing all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Valid Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (desired but not necessary).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Multi-site registered dietitians must hold a valid Driver's License.
