Job Description:
Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans to meet their unique requirements. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to nutrition care. Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations is preferred but not required.
