Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough nutritional assessments to develop personalized meal plans for residents.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to nutrition care.
- Maintain accurate records of residents' nutritional status and progress.
- Provide education and counseling on nutrition-related topics to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance overall health and well-being of residents.
- Ensure seamless coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
- Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Holding a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (desired).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and leadership.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
- If multi-site registered dietitian, must have a valid Driver's License.
