**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing nutritional services at a long-term care facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans
- Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred)
