**Job Description**: As a Registered Dietitian, your primary responsibilities will include assessing the nutritional needs of residents, developing individualized meal plans, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and monitoring and documenting residents' nutritional status and progress. You will also provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred but not required).
