Overview
We are hiring a part-time Registered Dietitian to manage nutritional services at a long-term care facility. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in enhancing the health and well-being of residents.

- Nutritional Needs Assessment: Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
- Nutritional Status Monitoring: Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.
- Nutrition Education: Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.
- Coverage: Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.
- All Other Duties
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registration: Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Certification/License: Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- State Survey Process Knowledge: Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Maintain Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
- COVID-19 Vaccination Policy: Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- Valid Driver's License: If multi-site registered dietitian, must have valid Driver's License
