- Evaluate and document residents' nutritional status and progress.
- Provide education and counseling to residents, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics.
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams to enhance residents' overall health and well-being.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Commission on Dietetic Registration certification.
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
