Key Responsibilities
- Investment Evaluation: Assess the clinical viability, safety, and efficacy of medical devices, digital health platforms, and surgical innovations being considered for investment.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide insights into market trends, regulatory considerations, and reimbursement pathways relevant to surgical innovations.
- Portfolio Support: Advise early-stage healthcare startups in the portfolio on product-market fit, clinical trials, and adoption within surgical practices.
- Industry Insights: Stay up to date with advancements in general surgery, emerging surgical technologies, and digital health applications.
- Networking & Partnerships: Leverage industry connections to facilitate partnerships between the firm, portfolio companies, and leading healthcare organizations.
- Board-certified General Surgeon with at least 5 years of clinical experience.
