Healthcare South, PC has an immediate need for an experienced HR Coordinator to join its Human Resources team.
Overview
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative and operational support of the HR department, working collaboratively with the HR Director to ensure the smooth operation of day to day HR functions and to provide seamless and consistent support to the company as a whole.
Essential Job Duties
- Onboarding: Manages onboarding process by coordinating with all HCS practice locations to assist with preparing offer letters, facilitating new hire employment paperwork, verifying employment eligibility and ensuring new hires experience a seamless start with the company
- Offboarding: Manages offboarding process by coordinating with all HCS practice locations to provide timely and accurate termination information to terminated employees
- Recruiting: Assists with recruiting efforts of all HCS locations by posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting reference checks and processing background checks
- New Hire Orientation: Conducts New Hire / Benefits Orientation in person at the corporate office and/or via Teams Meetings
- Benefits Administration: Assists with Benefits Administration by processing benefits enrollments, updates, changes and terminations and assisting with open enrollment
- FMLA / PFML: Oversees the FMLA/PFML process by providing timely and accurate support to employees by providing required forms and information, processing applications, and keeping detailed and accurate documentation on all LOA's
- Payroll: Processes biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now; includes processing pay adjustments, compensation changes, merit increases, bonuses, running reports and other payroll related updates
- Administrative Support: Maintains employee personnel files, both physical and digital, and supports the HR Director with other administrative tasks as needed

Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Strong experience with MS Office including Outlook and Teams
- Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related discipline is preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
