Center Medical Director – Primary Care Senior Care – Memphis, TN

- The Clinical Director will directly supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in his / her assigned center. The incumbent in this role is accountable for maximizing overall core model execution, including improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician / patient satisfaction. In addition to being accountable for the overall clinical outcomes of his / her assigned center, they will have a portion of their time allocated to direct patient care as a PCP and / or other clinical duties (amount dependent on number of direct reports). The remainder of their time is allocated to leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture.
