Position Overview :
We've got an exciting opportunity for a Texas-licensed physician. As a full-time Interventional Pain Management Physician, you'll play a pivotal role in your patientsʼ care to diagnose and treat various issues and injuries. Our collaborative approach involves working with a diverse team, including chiropractors, neurologists, orthopedists, and behavioral health providers.

Responsibilities :
Conducting thorough medical examinations and assessments with a focus on evidence-based care.
Diagnosing and treating various injuries.
Developing and implementing patient care plans.
Prescribing medications and treatments.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Documenting patient histories, examination findings, and treatment plans.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Communicating effectively with medical assistants and other support staff.
Communicating clearly and effectively with patients.
Providing empathetic and compassionate care.
Adhering to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
Expectations :
Efficient time management in our busy clinics.
Timely completion of notes / charting in the patient's medical record.
Full adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations and ethical considerations of the practice of medicine.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care by evaluating and diagnosing pain conditions to tailor the best management plans.
Work closely with patients and their families to explain treatment options and expected outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive pain management strategies.
Empower patients through education about pain management techniques and lifestyle adjustments
Monitor patient progress and celebrate improvements with proactive adjustments to therapy plans.
Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in pain management to enhance patient care.
Foster an open, supportive environment where every patient feels heard and valued.
Qualifications
Board certification in pain management or a related specialty, along with a solid background in chronic pain treatment.
A valid state medical license and excellent standing with regulatory bodies.
Completion of an accredited residency program and specialized fellowship training in pain management.
Demonstrated proficiency in both interventional procedures and medication management.
A compassionate approach to patient care with outstanding communication skills.
A track record of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
A commitment to ongoing education, innovation, and excellence in managing pain effectively.
Actively licensed physician in good standing in the State of Texas.
Prioritize interventional pain management over the administration of medications.
2 years of practice experience is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Current BLS certification, board certification, and DEA certification.
Verbal and written Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
Open to current interventional pain fellows graduating in 2025.
Base salary starts at $500k and there are bonuses on every paycheck.
Must prioritize interventional pain management over administration of medications.

Employee position starting at $500k base. Total compensation commensurate with experience.
Bonusing is paid on every paycheck, not quarterly or annually, and includes easy to calculate metrics.

Salary : $500,000
