Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4p
- Call Requirement: Beeper call 2 months per year
- Patient Volume: 14 per day
- Setting: 3 school-based clinics
- EMR: ECW
- Spanish-speakers preferred, interpreters available
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Competitive base salary

Qualifications
- Must possess a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Required to hold current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Must have a valid state license to practice as a Physician Assistant.
- Demonstrated experience in general surgery or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with surgical teams.
- Commitment to continuing education and staying updated with advancements in surgical practices is expected.
- BLS Certification - American Heart Association
- Fluoroscopy Permit required, or must be obtained within 18 months from the date of hire in Orthopedics, Interventional Radiology, and Radiation Oncology only.
- May be required to have experience and competency in performing specific tasks required by department.
- Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
